They are not international level award.

5. membership (full/active)
At least a board level member

6. reports by international, national and professional media （沒有提我的名字）,
need prove this media was talking about your work

8. a reviewer for one professional journal (twice)
Yes, if you are real "reviewer". You need to show certificate issued by the journal, or some "big" guys can write letter to prove you are/were a reviewer, not just twice.
