我怎麽聽說遞交了485後，不能回國，簽證會有問題。害得我今年8月份沒給老公遞交485，因為他9月份回中國。我也是h1.

Once he apply 485, Your hud can either use AP to go back to China or get H4 stamp from consulate and pass custom with visa stamp and 485 original receipt.

Same with LZ's question, she does not need to worry filling Yes on the DS form. Pjiang's blog is very clear.
