今天收到HR的電話關於fringe benefit

前一段時間公司幫助renew H-1B, 花了幾千刀, 今天收到HR的電話, 說那幾千刀算是我的income(所謂的fringe benefit), 我需要向IRS繳稅.

從來沒聽說過的, 有誰有類似的經曆嗎? 有沒有書麵的東西我可以show給他們? 非常感謝!
