心急如焚，請白兔MM，和其他高手指教！

在上海拿到一個OFFER，年薪30萬，我動心了，鐵定了心回國發展，雖然在這裏也有
10多萬年薪，吃穿無愁，但是生活過得太單調了，想想還是回去好

但是棘手的問題是：
1) 美國公民如果沒有中國綠卡，最多可以在中國工作多長時間？
2) 如何辦中國綠卡？是不是很難辦？具體要有什麽條件才能申請中國綠卡？
3) 我剛入了美國籍(今年初)，現在又去申請中國綠卡，會不會影響現有的美國護照？
4) 還有美國公民在中國工作，是不是還必須交美國的稅？

考慮了幾個星期了，決定回國，但不知道怎麽辦好身份問題？心裏好煩！望高手指
