pjiang,about EAD address

住在新澤西,7月2日filer,先生H1,我H4. 485 在Teax center pending. 我於8月15日向TSC遞交EAD 申請,費用是180.But Teax中心又因為地址不對Transfer到了芝加哥center. . 等芝加哥中心收到是已經8月24日, 芝加哥中心rejection notice上說因為費用不對, 所以退回, 並要寄正確的金額到芝加哥中心.

問題 1.到底是該遞那個中心, 以前特意問過Pjiang,也查了網站都是說Teax center.
2, 如果遞到芝加哥center., 會不會又退回來, 太耽誤時間了
