請教：7月份給父母延期

我父母的I-94 8月2日到期，我6月底給他們申請延期：Receipt Data 07/02, Notice Data 07/06. 我聽說如果沒有收到回複，必須在120天的界限內離開美國。請問這個時間是從什麽時候算起？

焦急等待中。。。
