Is EB1b 140 appeal worth the efforts?

Has anyone had any success experience with EB1b 140 appeal? Not sure about the success rate. Maybe the best is to do both EB1b 140 appeal and EB2 PERM, if my company and lawyer agree. This is just bad timing--the new EB2 PERM 140 and 485 may take forever after the Aug huge submission mist. Any suggestions from experts? Thanks so much for any input!!!!!!
