多謝安慰.糾正typing error. Received date is 8/8 and Notice date is 10/3 showed on the receipt. 7/2 delivered to NSC, the receipt is from TSC. Got 140 approval last year.

The other cases from NSC to TSC all keep the origianl delivery date as received date, only me is sooooooooo 'lucky'. Fuuuuuuck CIS!
