回複:Be careful: if H4 approved after H1 approved...

Thanks pharmacyelite for the useful information. Sorry I just read your post.
I also worry about this. Since his H4 has been submited around 3 months. It may be approved anytime recently. (My children's H4 took one or two months) In your opinion when should he withdraw his H4? After he gets his new H1B? (It may be too late). Or submit his H4 withdraw together with H1B application? (This also has risk. If his H1B is denied, he will lose his non-immigration status.) We may just wish him a good luck (his H4 is approved before he submits his H1B or his H4 isn't approved when he gets his new H1B). Thanks again.
