Thanks very much, pjiang and everyone!! Now I know it's surely a bad news (my wife's 485 case got the same update); so I won't be anxious. Just feel so bad; after so mcuh afforts--initial submission and now RFE (it's EB1b). I think it's a reasonably strong case; maybe they raised the bar nowadays. Also in 140 RFE they seemed to be OK for one criterial already. I don't know whether my company lwayer would resubmit EB1b or sue?. I guess they may do EB2...it'll be a long line there at 485 stage....sad---no GC shadow after 11 years at US...
