目前為止見過最不負責的WOM律師

在Arizon district,看到一個最不負責,或是最笨的律師,在交了起訴書後,幾個月後才把傳票遞到被告手上(或是把遞了的證明交給法院),結果被告啥都還沒做,法院就把這案子撤消了:
1. order from court: plaintiff shall appear and show cause before Judge why this case should not be dismissed for failing to serve the defendants within the time limitations of entry

2.The court finds no good cause shown for plaintiffs' failure to serve the defendants as required by Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, ordered dismissing the complaint ....
