綠卡是由普通信件寄來，還是掛號，或快件？

regular mail or first class mail (綠卡是由普通信件寄來).
some also get a letter said your GC is on the way in a month

official reply from stamp to get the mail is 12 to 18 monthes. but some get it after one month.
