I have same case with you, My EAD will expired 10/11/07 Tomorrow. but my EAD petition is over 100 days. I could not work without the valid EAD ( after tomorrow), in my absent date, company still pay my salary until I get new EAD.
I forward all email I contact with lawer for re-new EAD.
my case is lawer fault, I remind they last month, they did not monitor, last week I remind they again, it is too later.
then I went to local office and call TSC, final they issue the EAD
you have to work with you boss, it isn't you can control it. also you should show all the evidence you push to immigration office.
