急 問 ： Fingerprint fee rejected 和 FP NOTICE

我和 LD 是八月初交的 485， 九月底收到 RECEIPT。 但 LD 網上的 STATUS 如下 ：

Current Status: Fingerprint fee rejected and notice mailed; case in suspense.

On September 25, 2007, we rejected your fingerprint fee and mailed you instructions for how to submit the necessary payment. This case is now in suspense. Please submit your payment with our notice as soon as possible after you receive our notice so we may resume processing of this case.

請問是否有人遇到這種情況？ 多久會收到移民局的 NOTICE？是寄給律師還是我們家的地址？ 485 RECEIPT是寄到律師處了。

可前幾天 LD 又收到了打指紋的通知。 可他的 CASE 現在是 “Fingerprint fee rejected”， 移民局為什麽又通知他打指紋呢？
