回複：your case is little tricky. two choices:

1. add your hu*****and to 485 with consular process, but he will have little risk to get B1 visa visit you if you use EAD. and GC. I have a friend in same situation with you. But he got visa very year.

2. add your hu*****and to 485 and he moves here for waiting. then he becomes AOS and use AP to back to china. It may need wait some time.
