me. I140 in TSC on March is still pending

I called USCIS for the inquiry of my I140 case this morning. I got a real lady talked with me then. She told me that I may ask for a "request service" after Oct 19 because my case is still within the 30
days frame of the processing time of 6 months. However, I need ask my attorney to call next time since not me but our company is the real
petitioner who has the right to request USCIS to provide service for my case.
