I have this problem too. My case is in NSC.

I called IO and also my attoney did. The response is that the online data entry has delayed. Our cases are in the CIS's system, it is being processed. No problem at all. But I was told by IO and xiaobaitu worte a letter to correct this.

Call NSC to check if your cases are in the same situation.
