USCIS Texas Center 的Mail Room 早上5點多就起來工作了

我的140 RFE，律師用USPS Express Mail寄到TSC，昨天上午11:45am第一次投遞，竟
然不成功，昨天下午打電話去問，說是今天會投遞第二次。進早8點來上班(可能是
相當於Texas的7點)，抱著試一試的心態，在郵局的網上查了一下，結果發現當地時
間5:28am，文件已被INS簽收。

Status: Delivered

Your item was delivered at 5:28 AM on October 10, 2007 in MESQUITE, TX 75185 to INS . The item was signed for by M S. ”
