一個大疑問關於兼職使用EAD的問題

本人H1B有EAD但不到180天，有份W9FORM的PARTTIME工作。合法嗎？會導致啟動EAD而使H1B作廢嗎？其實我也想不出USCIS怎樣會知道我做W9FORM的PARTTIME工作。
應該沒問題吧？多謝各位。
