1.我是H1B,140尚未批準,能否使用AP回國?
- Using a valid AP has nothing to do with I-140 status

2.我家屬是H4.在我臨時回國(3-4周)其間,他們可否待在這兒?
- They're legal to stay even though the principle is absent in US
