thank you for your reply. I am currently on H1 status too, and my employer will sponsor me for green card too. My marriage would not work out and I dont expect to get GC based on marriage. That is why I am thinking to withdraw the pending I-485, as I will get denied eventually for the shattered marriage.
So, for now, I dont have concern for out of status by dropping it off, just worry there would be bad influence in future. and also I wonder if I should go ahead to start new I-485?
