No in dec/2002

my friend got OPT in may 2000 (mechanical engineering) and worked for a while, but for known reason, she had to go back school in Spring 2001 for CS and applied for 2nd opt in Dec 2002, but denied.Now she is still in school for PH.D. This is only case I have known.
