回複：when I went to FP and asked for changing

AP date for my wife, they said she could came here anytime. When my wife went there one months later, the security asked notice and my wife told them what the IO told me, the guy went to check and then let my wife in and finished her FP. In some big cities, it's strictly because they are too busy; in the most small cities, they don't care the appointment.
