Our 485 has been pending for over 2 years due to NC. We called congressman office and they did respond to our request. They are pretty responsive for emails too. What they can do is to push USCIS (NOT FBI unfortunately)and we have received response back from them that confirmed that our case is pending due to NC. We also tried first lady, just saying the case is in processing, a decision has not been made blah blah. There is nothing else we can do now, but prepare for WOM.
