給Senator寫信是mail還是fax?

July NC cleared but GC still not approved. 打電話到TSC，有兩次男接線員告訴我已經Assign Officer，但是等了3個禮拜也沒消息。另外兩次女接線員幹脆說沒有Assign Officer。還是請Senator幫幫忙吧。
