If you fill AR-11 online, your new address will be updated in USCIS database in 48 hours automatically.

I moved before receiving receipts, but I knew receipt numbers by cashed checks. My receipt was forwarded to new address. My family's receipts were returned to USCIS (did not change their address through USPS in time) and then came to our new address 10 days later. USCIS just covered a new address slip on the old address.
