than my wife. Actually it's my wife had three accidents within two years, plus two tickets, So we changed to another insurance company and saved four hundreds dollars. The insurance company paid totally more than $10000 for us. so the insurance increased double when old one expired. The ticks will be clean after three years. The cop will write a report and your insurance company will check it up whose responsibility, if both responsibility, you will be OK. We had a accident with one black young man, and the cop is black too; we thought it's our fault. but finally both insurance companies negotiate each other based on the police report and said it's both responsibility. the cop won't decide whose responsibility if did'nt give your ticket.
