to expatiate at least three times a day, go to local office and ask them to give you a notice of stopping issue interim EAD and ask them to sign it up with date and then show it to your HR with your receipt. It should be enough to convince them you can legal work. I t has some grey area here but don't worry, it's the problem between your company and uscis.
