EB1 PD is important

When both of your EB 140 are approved, write a letter to CIS to interlink your 485 to your EB1. Search for my previous post. I listed the necessary filing documents.

Though at the early stage 485 is processed by 485 RD, but is not completely true for final adjudication. After your NC is clear, your case will be assigned to an IO. When IO reviews your case, at the moment if your EB2 PD is not current, your 485 can not be approved. However, the approval will be honored if your 140 is interlinked to an approved EB1.
