謝律師答：移民局解釋說，對H-1B延期的批準具有終止回美證批準而將H-1B持有人歸入H-1B非移民身份類別的效果。原文為 "If the Service (USCIS) approves the alien's application for an extension of nonimmigrant status, the decision granting
such an extension will have the effect of terminating the grant of parole and admitting the alien in the relevant nonimmigrant classification."
