the old labor certificate is the original form with some stamps. i did not see any space for signature.

my boss signed the perm labor certificate. i don't see space to sign again on the old labor certificate.

by the way, i am going to file the 140 by myself. my boss will sign the 140, but i am not sure whether they want to pay for the $475 fee.
