485 file more than half year, 謝謝

有一朋友, 最近被公司lay off了. 他的485 file 了多半年了, 還沒下來.
140已經approve了. EAD 和AP下來了, 這種情況綠卡還有戲嗎?
有什麽必須要作的嗎? 謝謝了
