You can call USCIS and they will open a request for you and give you a ref #. They told me i should get reply from them within 45 days. Actually i got replay within 3 weeks and they sent me the Fp notice.

According to the IO , FP should be recieved within one month after your Rd ;-), which is funny for now, because ND is way over due.
