SEC 3 menns security check (background check) is pending.
SEC 1 means security check passed.
Sometime security check proceeds only for male principle applicant.

PA should be the acronyms of words, may be either the location (PA) or person (PFW) who is responsible to review your file.

But what location the PA refers to? Does anyone in Canada know it?
