When I expressed the frustration that we had to take time off for the less than two minutes of appointment, only finding out that my LG's name check was still stuck, the officer gave us the phone numbers to call. I think she's nice. Try your local InfoPass to see if they are willing to give out the numbers. I think you still need to go there for the first time.
