Pjiang help for 13 year old I485 rejection

7月25日孩子與我們的485申請裝一個信封寄出，我們倆已收到Receipt Notice，NSC，而孩子的申請於昨天收到Rejection Notice（連同支票），“because it has not been properly signed”！趕緊查看簽名頁，隻見：

申請人處的Signature空著, and attached $305

- If I should Sign there and indicate parent?
- Print my son name at "print your name" and date?
- Resubmit tomorrow? or waiting for priority and processing date then file?
- Wahte is difference betwen resubmit and refile
-How much money I should pay $305 and $600 or only $600 for minor submittance

Original rejection notice as follow;

The above pplication or petition , along with any check or other form of fee payment , is attached. The application or petition cannot be accepted because:

- application or petition form has not been properly signed and
- because the proper fee of $305 US is not attached

Since the case is not properly filed, a priority or processing date cannnot be assigned.
The application or petition must sign the application or petition form in the appropriate place. any prepreer must also sign in teh approriate place.
after properly signed, you have attched a check or money order for the above amount please resubmit the entire pckage to address below, to speed processing please leave the notice on top
