7月28日postmark，30日到TSC,10月3日收到485退件

7月28日postmark，30日到TSC,10月3日收到退件。我是主申請人，NIW，材料包括I-140,485，765和131。我LD的材料包括485，765和131.我們用同一個包裹寄去的。今天收到我們倆的485，765和131退件，說
（1）485應該和140 petition 或receipt notice 一起交。
（2）申請費數目不對，應該按7月30號之後的標準收費。

查過帖子知道是USCIS搞錯了，請問寄回去的地址對嗎?
