H1在I-485 等待時，如果使用了工卡就不是H1了,固不可轉，延H1, H4 等。
- H-1 holder may extend/transfer even though he has used EAD. In such case, he may need to apply visa at a consulate. Same to H-4.

如果使用了請假證，則還是H1,固可轉，延H1, H4 等，這樣理解對嗎？
- H-1 holder may extend/transfer even though he has used AP. In such case, he does not need to leave US, as if he had not used AP. Same to H-4.

如果請假證也不可以使用（想保持H1身份),去第三國簽H1，未批，還可回美國嗎？
- If your visa application is denied and you don't hold a valid visa, you may not be admitted unless you have a valid AP.
