XBT, 如何糾正CIS錯誤,H1B TRANSFER

H1B transfer is approved but for a shorter period.

The company filed I-129 requesting 3 years total (with matching 3 year LCA). My H1B 6 years limit has 1 yr + 5 months left. PERM and 140 have been approved and both PERM and 140 filing dates have been more than 1 year.

In the cover letter, there is bold, highlighted text saying "per AC21, we are requesting H1B beyond 6 year limit", with copy of 140 approval notice and PERM. But CIS still approved only 1 Yr 5 mo (up to 6 year limit). It is clearly their mistake. What is the right way to contact them? What form to use to correct their error? Need to pay additional fee?
