I got the same letter in early September. I think the decision of WOM depend on your personal situation. If you have a stable job and don't mind to wait for 1 year or two. Then there is no need to file WOM because you need to spend $400 and some time to prepare it. But if you want to change career or there is a reason you need to get it soon, WOM is the ONLY way to get GC sooner.
It also depend on where you live. If you are in MA, CA, WA, the chance to win the case is pretty high. But for some other district, it varies.
