do not hire a lawyer,
1) go to court and plea guilt if you really do not have a Pass, the judge may forgive you and free you but you have to pay the fine and court fee. minor violation recorded but will not affect your GC.

2) if you keep the invoice you purchased your pass or the evidence that your pass is directly deducted from your payroll,
go to court and plea no guilt but show all your evidence.
the case will be possibly dismissed but you will pay the ticket. no any record at the court
