Just be patient. My application was received on 7/2/07. My check was just cashed and the receipt was received 5 days ago from VSC. I filed the case to NSC, then wast transfered to VSC, The VSC inputed the data and then transfered it to TSC. I received another receipt Today to notice me that the case has been to TSC from VSC.
You know why it has taken so long:

From me => NSC => VSC, opened the package and input data, and then found VSC should have jurisdiction for the case. => TSC. My I140 and another I485 are at NSC now.
