EAD question, very urgent!!

我們的485是8月10日arrived, 我的EAD 是8月15號arrived, both are according to Fedex overnight record. 到現在還沒有收到485receipt, 但是周末EAD applicaion 被退回來了， 說是應該付$340不是$180, 明顯是移民局搞錯了，8月17號之前的使用舊的RATE, 請教各位大蝦們，現在我該怎末班，是寫信去解釋，還是等485receipt後在re-submit. 聽說收到485receipt後，EAD 隻要5WEEKS process time, 是不是真的。謝謝了
