各位老師請確認律師的觀點.怕律師出錯不敢盲從.謝謝!

1. 7/2/07 485 received date with approved I140, I can change job in the same field start from 1/2/08.

2. I was afraid if I changed job after 1/2/08, my formal employer(485 sponsor) will revoke my approved 140 and current pending 485. However, my lawyer said I am fully protected by law. Formal employer can't revoke or touch my 140 and 485. Is it true?

3. The only thing I need to do is apply a H1 with new employer. Then, I am safe. Even the new salary is lower than my LC prevailing wage, that's fine. Is it right?

My question is what if there is any REF that I need from my old employer. How can I go back if they are not happy I left the company.
