顛覆傳統觀念：寄出日期才是receipt date!奇也怪哉！ (圖)

來本壇學習兩個月，好像一個基本觀點是：移民局收到材料的日期才是receipt date（難道是我學習不認真記錯了？）。可事實卻是：咱們自己的寄出日期才是receipt date! 我的材料由律師於7月27日寄出，30日被簽收。寄件詳情如下： Our records indicate that the following shipment has been delivered: Tracking number: 799183526*** Reference: YXX & Family Ship (P/U) date: Jul 27, 2007 Delivery date: Jul 30, 2007 9:53 AM Sign for by: M.SCHWEITZER Delivered to: Shipping/Receiving Service type: FedEx Express Saver Packaging type: FedEx Pak Number of pieces: 1 Weight: 3.00 lb. Shipper Information Recipient Information 所以我一直以為我是所謂的“7月30日的filer”。（因為6月30日件寄件者都自稱“7月2日的filer”）。 我的支票於9月25日被cashed.上網查詢開頭都是同一句話：On September 21, 2007, we received this I*** APPLICATION TO xxxxxx, and mailed you a notice describing how we will process your case. 昨天LD(具體含義請查P先生編撰、且已被置頂的移民縮略語詞典，本人現學現用）發現律師周五已email過來receipt掃描件，上麵每張收據的receipt date都是7月27日，NOTICE DATE均為9月22日。 不知道最近各位的receipt date以什麽日期為依據？
