(1)Why don't you submmit your I-485 and use your EAD.

(2)Before I asked at least twenty Lawyers,80% attorneys told me that there is a risk to renew TN visa after begining GC process,but other two Chinese attorneys said they had several sucessful cases of clients who were TN holder and and got GC.

(3) I strongly suggest you renew your TN through attorney
