Shoo, I got through the system...
Basically, I went through everything that you are going through now. So we are in the same boat. It all depends on where your parents submitted I-130 petition. In VSC, they are processing I-130 submitted as of 1/4/99 and have stayed on that date for 2 years (though they promise to speed up the process recently). All other three Service Centers are way ahead of VSC (they are processing application submitted as of 2001). So if you are at VSC, be patient. If you are at any other three Service Centers, you should file a petition.
Since your parents are US citizen now, I am pretty sure that you can still keep your previous priority date and you are now in the "immediate relatives" category, which means you are very well on your way. Your parents should send a copy of their citizenship card and request to local office to upgrade your case to "immediate relatives" category. But... you can't get married till you obtain GC, otherwise, you will lose "immediate relative" previliege. So hang in there...
You can still get married if you simply can't wait. It will take longer for you to obtain GC. It all depends on whether you are here in the States or back in China. If you are still in States and get married now, you will fall into the first preference category. NBC is now processing I-485 as of 10/22/2000 and you are way ahead of the game. But since your I-130 is still pending there, you can't submit I-485. But you do have ways to get around this painful waiting time.
Let me know should you have more questions and God bless! I don't follow up email very well. So just shoot me an email if you still have questions.
Best,
