緊急求助有關H4延期和Alien card number問

我現在正在申請H4延期，已收到receipt，告訴我在60-90天內能收到decision，但現在已經105天了，我仍沒收到decision,給移民局打電話，說讓我繼續等，我三個星期前搬家了，又給移民局打電話to change address,但他們問我的Alien card number, 我不知道什麽是Alien card number,是不是我收不到decision跟我搬家了有關係？緊急求助，請告訴我，多謝多謝！！！！！
