Confused on my 485 case

I just got my 485 accepted. I filed July 23 TSC and got their signature upon receiving also. But I checked today for check is cashed and found it said the case is transfer to another office. I attached below the deion on my case. What does that mean. On July 23, 140 is pending but approved during August. I am confused why they say transfer to another office.
