When FP is issued, a newer LUD - 回複：pjiang,從收到485收據到現在已經過去將近20天了

If the LUD of I-485 still shows its ND, no FP notice has been issued yet.

The process of I-485 has nothing to do with your I-140 which PD is 12/2006, or with VB which shows EB-2 of 01/2006.
